Career coaching and community for people with unpredictable bodies and unstoppable potential. Build a career that works with your body - not against it.
Let us help you design a work-life balance that works for you, your health, and your goals.
Feel like you're just not built for this?
You’ve either just been diagnosed or you’ve been managing something for years - quietly pushing through, afraid that if you slow down, you’ll be seen as weak.
You juggle more in a day than most people ever see:
Medical appointments you delay for meetings with the CEO…
Symptom flares that hit right before that big presentation…
Endless energy budgeting just to make it through the workday.
Your mind used to be razor sharp. But now, brain fog and fatigue have you stumbling through conversations you once owned - second-guessing yourself, apologising when you shouldn’t have to.
Then comes the guilt. The shame.
Wondering if your best years are behind you.
Worrying they’re starting to notice. You start hiding.
Turning off your Zoom camera on rough days.
Masking harder in meetings.
Working late to “make up for” needing time off.Maybe you’ve been side-eyed for “another appointment.”
Or had a comment made when you needed to rest.
Maybe you’ve been performance-managed or bullied.
And the problem is on the outside you look "well," so people assume you're thriving. But inside, you're just trying to make it through the next hour without crashing.
All while doing your absolute best to hold it together.
And life with an illness no one sees is just as hard to manage without work.
You are not imagining it. You’re not the problem.
You’re trying to function in a system that was never built for you.And that’s exactly why Unitely exists.
Welcome home, we see you and we're here for you.
Success is not about sacrifice
Living with a chronic illness and invisible disability presents unique challenges in both personal and professional life. You’re juggling your health while trying to meet work expectations, deal with inconsistent energy levels, and face systems that don’t always understand your needs - and on the outside you LOOK fine.

Why I built this
our founder
I was 12 when I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes.
Since then, my life - and career - have been shaped by a body that doesn’t follow the rules.
For years, I hid what I was going through. I kept pushing.
I worked in high-pressure roles, leading big teams, running campaigns, and juggling deadlines while managing medical appointments, flare-ups, and blood sugar crashes behind the scenes.
I didn’t rest. I didn’t ask for help. I didn’t think I could.
Eventually, my health crashed. I was diagnosed with end-stage kidney failure and placed on the transplant list for both a kidney and a pancreas (and I'm still on the waiting list!).
That was the breaking point — but also the beginning of something new.
Because I realised: I wasn’t the problem.
The way we work is the problem.
The silence. The stigma. The pressure to prove ourselves. The lack of support when our bodies need care.
I built the Chronic Career Club for every person who’s felt like they’re falling behind because they can’t keep up with a system that was never designed for them in the first place.
This isn’t about pushing through.
It’s about finding new ways forward — with honesty, flexibility, community, and zero shame.
You shouldn’t have to choose between your health and your career.
Inside this space, you won’t have to.

why I do this
Why we're different
Let’s be real: most workplace “solutions” were made for people with visible disabilities, predictable bodies, and full-time capacity.
They don’t speak to the reality of chronic illness. We do.
Here’s how we’re different:
🛑 No toxic productivity. No grind culture.
We don’t tell you to “push through.” We focus on sustainable productivity - building a rhythm that works with your body, not against it.
🧠 Chronic illness and invisible disabilities are at the centre - not an afterthought.
We know that your needs go beyond ramps and desk adjustments. You need flexibility, understanding, and options - and we plan for that.
🔎 Support for where you are now - and where you could go.
We help you look at your current role, flare patterns, and future possibilities. Whether it’s a new path, a small pivot, or a boundary reset, we explore options that fit your reality.
👀 Whole-of-person view.
This isn’t just about your job. It’s about your life: your energy, your caring load, your body, your bandwidth. We see the full picture, and we plan with it in mind.
🙅♀️ Built by people who’ve lived it.
We won’t glorify your struggle or call it a superpower. You don’t need to inspire anyone to deserve support. You just need a system that works.
🤝 Real community, no performance required.
You can show up in pyjamas, in pain, or not at all. Ask questions anonymously. Skip the camera. There’s zero pressure to mask or push.
