Unitely is an Australian business providing business education, coaching, community, and digital resources for people with chronic illness, disability, or neurodivergence.

2. Your responsibilities

By using our website or joining our community, you agree to:

Be respectful, kind, and inclusive towards other members
Not post harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or triggering content
Keep your login details private
Only use our content for personal, non-commercial use unless given written permission
Follow the law and not use Unitely for anything illegal, abusive, or exploitative

If you break these rules, we may remove your access without warning.

3. What we provide

We do our best to offer inclusive, safe, and helpful content, but please know:

All content is for educational and general information only – it’s not professional legal, medical, or financial advice
We can’t guarantee your business outcomes – success depends on many factors outside our control
From time to time, content or services may be updated, paused, or discontinued

4. Our community values

This is a trauma-informed space that prioritises people with disability, chronic illness, and neurodivergence.

We do not tolerate:

Hate speech, harassment, or bullying
Advice that promotes toxic productivity or medical misinformation
Business tactics that exploit or harm marginalised communities

We aim to uphold accessibility, flexibility, and consent. If you see something that doesn’t align with these values, please let us know.

5. Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Some parts of Unitely are free. Others require a paid membership or one-off purchase.

By signing up to a paid offer, you agree to:

Pay all fees on time via the platform provided
Understand whether you’re on a one-off, monthly, or annual plan
Respect that digital products are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
Use our “Sick Clause” – if you become seriously unwell and can’t use your membership, just email us and we’ll pause or refund your subscription, no questions asked (as long as content hasn’t been accessed that month)

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site and in the Unitely community – including videos, templates, resources, and branding – belongs to Unitely unless stated otherwise.

You can:

Use our content for personal use in your own business

You can’t:

Copy, resell, redistribute, or pretend it’s yours
Share private content outside of the platform

If you want to collaborate or license our content, get in touch.

7. Privacy and data

We respect your privacy. By using Unitely, you agree to our Privacy Policy and understand that we use tools like Circle, Stripe, and analytics software to deliver our services.

We will never sell your data.

8. Ending your access

You can leave the Unitely community at any time.

We may remove your access if:

You breach our values or terms
You stop paying for a paid membership
We decide to close the community

If that happens, we’ll aim to notify you and offer support or transition where possible.

9. Limitation of liability

We’re not responsible for:

Any business losses, missed opportunities, or emotional distress from using our content
Third-party platforms like Circle or Stripe not working as expected
Any damages caused by your use or misuse of our content or community

Use your own judgement, always.
